Sanitary Clamp Unions are one of the most widely accepted clamp fittings in a process piping system.

These clamp union consist of two ferrule, a Clamp & a gasket.

The ferrules are manufactured from high quality stainless steel forging machined precisely for high level of dimension tolerance and surface finish to meet the ASME BPE standard requirements.

The sanitary clamp is manufactured from high grade of stainless steel via a lost wax casting method, for better dimensional stability.

The sanitary gasket used in the union are manufactured to meet US-FDA 21CFR & 3A certifying standard.

On request, also available with USP Class VI certificate to meet high demanding Pharma and Bio-pharma needs.

These Unions are manufactured from high quality stainless steel forgings and precisely machined to meet the dimension and higher grade of surface finish.

The seal used in the union assembly are FDA 21CF cerfied. These union are available in different dimensional standards like DIN 11851, ISO, SMS, IDF, RJT etc.

Cipriani Harrison offers Aseptic Flange connection to connect two components using flanges designed to maintain aseptic condition.

An aseptic flange connection consist of a male and a female flange with a specially designed o’ring union seal ensuring no residual contamination and maintain the aseptic condition according to DIN 11664.

Cipriani Harrison offers Aseptic Clamp union connection to connect two components.

An aseptic clamp union connection consist of two ferrule, one male and other female ferule.

This two ferrules are clamped with help of a sanitary clamp with a specially designed seal between the two ferrules.

This ferrules are made of high grade stainless steel forging and then precisely machined for its appropriate purpose of connection for aseptic conditions, according to DIN 11664.

Cipriani Harrison offers Aseptic Threaded Union connection to connect two components An aseptic threaded union connection consist of a threaded male part, a liner and a nut.

All the three parts are made of high quality stainless steel forging and then precisely machined for dimensional as well as higher surface finish.

This three parts are connected together and there is a Elastomer seal, specially designed for the purpose.
